Sabai Jai opened its doors in Ogden in 2018 with one goal: bring bold, joyful Thai flavors to the community without losing the soul behind them. Our founder, Win Wachai, spent his first twenty years in Thailand surrounded by markets, family kitchens, and the everyday magic that shaped his cooking. That energy still drives everything we do — from the way we season our dishes to the way we treat the people who walk through our doors.
